Shine Biomass Veneer dryer is product in the design of the continuous roller pressure type of hot air cylinder,it is using the most advanced continuous pressurized contact and its working principle is veneer veneer drying technology in steel tube under the clamping roller, two by preheating the oven temperature to 140, and then enter the upper and lower roller and through the hot air pipe to the single board upside down between hot high pressure blowing for quick dry, so you can make the veneer smooth moisture content after drying of uniform, And it has the characteristics of high temperature roller and wet veneer direct contact heat transfer, high thermal efficiency and small thermal loss.

Compared to steam type or thermal oil type veneer dryer, the drying cost is reduced greatly. No need steam boiler, gas, coal or oil. It is of high efficiency of veneer drying, low fuel consumption and energy/cost saving. The drying cost is the lowest. Both the steam type and the thermal oil type need customers to provide heat sources and furnaces, among which the steam type needs the boiler with high cost, while the thermal oil type needs 2 kilns. After two heat exchanges, some heat loss is not conducive to achieving the ideal drying effect; compared with the two, biomass combustion burner not only saves the cost, but also achieves the ideal drying effect.

SHINE heat exchanger adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.

Shine veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve and ideal drying effect. Equipped with automatic veneer feeder and automatic collection system, which not only improves the drying efficiency but also saves labor cost mostly.

5. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content and it is flat without buckle or end waviness, free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing. Shrinkage and casehardening is kept to a minimum and collapse and honeycomb are avoided.
