20m 2 Deck Veneer Roller Dryer running without Thermic Oil Heater or Steam Boiler has the drying capacity 0.8-1.1m3/h. It uses waste wood / Briquette fired Air Heater-Biomass Burner. It eliminates heat loss by directly heating air and supplying to dryer instead of indirect heating of Oil or water. Ofcourse, the veneer roller dryer can run on steam boiler or thermal oil heater too.

Product Description 


Shine Veneer Roller Dryer is continuous roller veneer dryer for core veneer and face veneer. After veneers are peeled from fresh logs by the peeling machine, the veneer dryer is responsible for reducing the moisture content to a proper condition before gluing for plywood making. The working width and working length of the wood veneer drying machine can be customized according to the specific drying capacity requirement needed by the different customers.

The shine roller veneer drying machine is equipped with our patented combustion heating system-biomass burner. The biomass burner can burn all kinds of waste wood, waste veneer, tree barks, straw chips and so on. In this way, the drying cost is significantly reduced as no need coal, electricity, gas or oil as the fuel. Furthermore, it also solves the problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plant by burning waste wood.

SHINE heat exchanger adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.

4. Shine veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve and ideal drying effect. Equipped with automatic veneer feeder and automatic collection system, which not only improves the drying efficiency but also saves labor cost mostly.

5. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content and it is flat without buckle or end waviness, free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing. Shrinkage and casehardening is kept to a minimum and collapse and honeycomb are avoided.
