1.Shine 3 deck veneer dryer is our newly developed product to meet high capacity requirements of customers; which has the salient features of higher drying capacity. The rollers use φ102 seamless steel pipe. The bearings of 4 deck veneer dryer are featured high temperature 500 degree Celsius resistance and low temperature -20 degree Celsius resistance. which no need inject oil and easy maintenance in the daily operation.
2.Equipped with automatic temperature control and speed regulation system, which can accurately control the final moisture content. Avoid the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or do not meet the process requirements.
3.The temperature in the oven is 40-60 degrees Celsius higher than the traditional dryer (steam, heat conduction oil), which shortens the total drying time of the veneer, increasing the drying productivity greatly.
4.The hot air blower adopts 5.5KW and 7.5KW axial flow fans, and the air volume can reach 46000-60000m³/hour, which not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total power. Reducing the power consumption of the entire equipment to be lowest.
5.Shine heat exchanger adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger is different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
6.The biomass burner developed by our company, which can use the black skin, white skin, saw head and other waste wood produced by the veneer rotary cutting as fuel, which can obtain materials on site and turn waste into treasure. It greatly reduces the energy cost in the drying process of the veneer, and is a truly energy-saving and environmentally friendly heating device for the dryer.
7.Automatic veneer feeder and veneer collection system are the first automatic veneer feeder and veneer collection system for veneer dryer in China. Only need 1-2 people at both ends of the dryer, which solve the problem of high labor intensity.
