Integrated with a fully automated operation system and intelligent frequency conversion control module, the dryer is capable of real-time automatic adjustments to conveyor speed and internal temperature. It intelligently adapts to variations in veneer thickness and initial moisture content, effectively streamlining workflows and significantly boosting overall production efficiency.
The 6-layer roller veneer dryer consists of six layers of conveyor rollers, with each roller transporting veneers through upper and lower pressure rollers to ensure obstruction-free veneer conveyance, thus ensuring continuous equipment operation. The operating speed of the equipment is controlled by variable frequency within the range of 5-22 meters (adjustable as needed).
The 6-layer roller veneer drying process comprises two parts: blowing heating conducted by air ducts and upper and lower pressure roller contact heating, with dual heating enhancing heating efficiency.
The drying temperature adjustable within the range of 160-180°C and temperature control precision of ±5°C. High-temperature type temperature and humidity sensors are installed in each section of the dryer, The collected temperature and humidity signals are automatically processed to achieve automatic adjustment of drying temperature and relative humidity. Upper limits of temperature and humidity can be freely set, and real-time collection and historical recording of temperature and humidity signals are maintained.

Automatic veneer feeding reduces the probability of veneer misalignment caused by manual feeding, ensuring smooth and stable movement of single boards inside the dryer, thus avoiding potential blockage risks. Additionally, it significantly reduces manual labor and intensity, thereby improving production efficiency.
