4 Ton Biomass Burner Introduction

Equipped with biomass burner, which can ensure perfect drying effect and reduce drying cost mostly. All kinds of waste wood such as waste bark, waste veneer can be burned as fuel directly, even the waste wood is wet. The temperature inside our wood veneer dryer is enough to reduce moisture content. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness, good surface condition before gluing. The rollers use φ102 seamless steel pipe. 38M 4 Deck Veneer Dryer Advantages

1. Shine biomass veneer dryer has the features of high productivity, energy efficiency, lowest drying cost and perfect drying effect. The composite cost is only about$6 -12/cubic meter, which can improve customers’ profit space greatly.

Shine veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve ideal drying effect. The rollers use φ102 seamless steel pipe. 2.Equipped with automatic temperature control and speed regulation system, which can accurately control the final moisture content. Avoid the phenomenon that a large number of veneers are over-dried or do not meet the process requirements.

3.The temperature in the oven is 40-60 degrees Celsius higher than the traditional dryer (steam, heat conduction oil), which shortens the total drying time of the veneer, increasing the drying productivity greatly.

4.The hot air blower adopts 5.5KW and 7.5KW axial flow fans, and the air volume can reach 46000-60000m³/hour, which not only fully guarantees the air volume required for drying, but also reduces the total power. Reducing the power consumption of the entire equipment to be lowest.
