Main Features 

1. Bearings are featured 500℃ resistance and -20℃ resistance, maintenance-free, no need lubricant. The bearing sleeve of the rollers is self-lubricated and free of maintenance, no need to fill lubricant.     

2. Insulating material of the shell is a galvanized plate in the outer layer and Aluminum Silicate inner side.

3. Automatic feeder and veneer collection system saves labor costs greatly and improves the working efficiency. 

4. The comprehensive drying cost is only about USD 10 per cubic meter.

6. Veneer after drying has a uniform moisture content, flat, no end waviness, no buckle, free of splits, in good condition before gluing for plywood making. Shrinkage and casehardening are kept to a minimum and collapse and honeycomb are avoided.

7. Shine heat exchanger adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger is different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. 

8. Shine veneer dryer adopts automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve ideal drying effect.
